Dallas Cowboys vs NY Giants - Over-Inflated Line

When you see the Cowboys, who have a better all around team, getting 4pts against a NY Giants team on the road, you can find some value.

As Wednesday approaches, the line will more then likely climb, making the Giants an even bigger favorite. This is when you make your strike if you want some action on the first NFL game of the year.

Prediction: NY Giants will possibly climb to a 4.5 - 5.5 pt favorite. SMALL PLAY on the Cowboys -5 (or better) and a small play on the Cowboys Money Line.

Cowboys sneak into NY, and sneak away with a close win. Dallas Cowboys 20 NY Giants 16

NFL Week 1 Play - Atlanta Falcons vs Kansas City Chiefs

Can we get a better line? This game has everything going in Atlanta's favor... except for playing on the road.

Atlanata (Pick -120) vs Kansas City

Atlanta has their high passing offense looking great during the pre-season, and it looks like Matt Ryan is back to his old form we saw a couple of years ago. With added speedy and "Glue Fingered" recievers, this looks like its going to be a blowout!

The Cheifs are hurting in the secondary. Did I say hurting?? I meant to say "on life support" in the secondary. Thier tops guys are either suspended for violations, or injured and unable to play. There isnt one secondary play on the active roster who can keep up with J. Jones. If they double up on him (which they will), look for roddy White and Tony Gonzalez to easily pick up the passes. **FANTASY ALERT** Look for Ryan to have a great day, he will post up some huge numbers in week 1.....

The offense for the Chiefs has some potential. With running back Jamall Charles, and WR Dwayne Bowe. The only thing missing is a leader on offense. Cassel is a decent Quartback. Cassel for the past year and a half has seemed to lose the confidence he had when he went to the Pro Bowl in 2010. When you add in the new offense under offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, look for several mistakes, and a couple turnovers to happen this first game, while they get used to a new system.

Rolling with the High Flyng Falcons this week. Look for those Cheifs turnovers to equal some points, and a win for Atlanta.

PREDICTION: Atlanta Falcons 27 Kansas City Cheifs 13

Boise State vs Michigan State

College Football GAME TO WATCH: Friday August 31st 8pm ESTBoise State vs Michigan State (Michigan St currently -7 and Over/Under 49.5)This game has a huge billing, and rightfully so. Both teams are coming off of Bowl wins last season, and both have something to prove. Both teams lost starting Quarterbacks, and Boise lost the key parts of their vaulted defense.

The key here is going to be Michigan States running back, Le'Von Bell, this kid has some serious potential, and after QB Kirk Cousins departure at the end of the season, look for Bell to carry the offense for Michigan State while their new QB Andrew Maxwell gets settled into his new role. Which in this scenerio, Boise States defense will be on the ropes due to their inexperience. While on Michigans States side of the defense, they return the huge key parts back for this season. This is not the same Boise State team we have seen the past 3 seasons. Almost all of their core is gone to start this season. Look for their offense to be sluggish and their defense to look like "a deer in headlights" as soon as the game starts.

PREDICTION: Michigan States defense scores more points then Boise State can muster on Offense. Boise State 10 Michigan State 34

Our Play Recommendation: Michigan State -7

Extra Action Play: Under 49.5

Colt's Andrew Luck vs Redskin's Roberth Griffin III

There has been some debate on which player will see more success this year. So I thought Im going to go ahead and throw my 2cents into the debate.Andrew Luck was a great QB in college, everyone knows that. Robert Griffin III also did great things in college.

With the Colts picking up Luck with the first pick of the NFL Draft, you knew Manning was headed out the door, and that Luck was going to hopefully be the Colts new franchise player. Does he have what it takes to succeed in the NFL? Honestly speaking, I like Andrew Luck, he seems like an everyday guy, with a good head on his shoulders and a great work ethic.... BUT, I beleive he is at or very close to being as good as he can get. Also he doesnt have a core group of "great" talent around him in Indianapolis to help him acheive his highest level. Of course he will win games, of course he will mount a comeback or two, but reaching the highest pinnacle? While I do think it is possible, it probobly will never happen.

PREDICTION: Will see moderate success in the NFL, along the lines of a Tony Romo type of career. If the Colts can get a stronger and faster WR, and a great slot wide out, along with a top tier TE, he can make a strong run for a championship and a Peyton Manning type career.

Robert Griffing III... This kid just continues to amaze everyone. He still has room to grow, and his full potential has yet to be unlocked. But, being stuck with the Redskins, and their poor management and player choices are going to limit his ability to unleash what this kid can do. Although he does have a somewhat stronger corps of players around him, he wont be limited by what he can do, but what those around him can do. I can see this kid having more success then Andrew Luck, but with the way the Redskins draft and recruit from free agency, it will be limited. Until the Redskins can do whats right, he will see just a bit more success then Luck.

PREDICTION: Will see moderate success in the NFL, has championship potential, but will he let the succes go to his head? Will either have a Michael Vick type of career or if Griffin III and the Redskins play their cards right, its possible to have another more mobile and strong Eli Manning in their midst.
